Our Quick Release Ball Lock Pins have a wide range of uses for both fastening and locating operations. They operate on a locking ball principle assuring secure and safe fastening. These positive locking pins will not release until the button on the handle is depressed. Once the button is depressed, the balls retract into the pin allowing the pin to be removed from the hole. The pins are available in Button, Ring, L and T handle configurations. They are available with shanks in 4130 steel, 304 stainless and17-4 stainless to meet your applications.

Pull Pins / Adjustable Clamping Pins

These spring-loaded Pull Pins allow you to quickly retract and engage the plunger for fastening, locating and quick change operations. Pulling on the handle retracts the plunger fully into the housing of the pin. Releasing the handle allows the plunger to fully extend into position. The Adjustable Clamping Pin allows the plunger to tightened or further extended for variations in work height and clamping force.

Receptacles & End Caps

The Flanged Receptacles provide a permanent and proper mating hole for quick release ball lock pins. They are designed for use on materials and in applications where the pin does not have anything to lock against. They are ideal for blind-hole applications. The end caps fit over the end of the quick release ball lock pin and allow the pins to be used in applications where the receiving hole is not within tolerance or is out of round.

Wire Rope Lanyards

Wire Rope Lanyard assemblies are used to attach quick-release pins and detent pins to a fixture or frame to prevent the pins from being misplaced while
they are not in use. All of the wire rope lanyard assemblies are made from 7 x 7 stainless steel wire and are available either in uncovered (bare
cable) or covered. Covered assemblies are available in clear, black or green.
